Maintenance-free, power-free and clamped on the outside of flow lines, Magnetizers take advantage of the
properly shaped and focused magnetic field to influence fuel flowing within the zone of its influence.
Their efficiency is not limited by time nor the kind of material it is made of. A working system is tailored
for a particular application and comprises magnetic rings composed of stacks made of ceramic, symmetric and
permanent magnets, directed radially towards the flow line axis with an appropriate pole facing the center. On
the outside the magnets are connected with a metal pole shoe.
- In all cases where hydrocarbon fuel like gas, oil, mazout is used)
- Boilers and water heaters in industrial and residential gas installations (NG series).
- Ovens and oil heaters in industrial and residential installations (HDFE series)
The construction of fuel Magnetizers is similar to that of water energizers. In general they are aimed at
atomizing and arranging chaotically oriented hydrocarbon particles in fuels into structures which combine more
readily with oxygen particles
This makes the burning process more efficient. In consequence the heating device requires smaller amount of fuel
to produce similar effects or saying differently - with the same quantity of fuel the heating yield of the device increases.
They can be easily assembled on fuel lines supplying heating devices. Magnetic influence is in the direction of the
flow. External pipe diameter from 1/4 to 17 inches (17 inch diameters are made to order).
